Cisco and Green Sands Equity (GSE) Backed Video Artificial Intelligence (AI) Company, N3N, Prepares for Initial Public Offering (IPO)

San Mateo -Video Artificial Intelligence (AI) based cloud company N3N, an internet of things (IoT) video giant in Korea made a big Silicon Valley splash thanks to strategic partnerships.

N3N’s US partnerships include a deal with Cisco to explore smart city innovation and backing by Green Sands Equity (GSE), who have also invested in Airbnb, Lyft, Spotify, Space X, Didi Chuxing and Encoded. These and other successful US relationships have positioned N3N for its first IPO which is being negotiated by Mirae Asset.

“We are currently building an AI video technology solution that will reduce risk of crises like the wildfires that took too many lives here in California,” said N3N CEO, Sam Nam. “The human eye misses things an AI enabled video does not, empowering authorities to take action immediately to fight small newly ignited fires instead of the deadly wildfires we have seen the last few years in CA.”

“One of the challenges of Enterprise and Industrial IOT industry has been the demand to discard all we know to operate according to the new systems,” said Reema Khan, CEO Green Sands Equity (GSE). “There is an endless need for sensors, data collection, data management, and software that don’t easily integrate or build on top of each other, especially if it’s not the same maker. N3N has the foresight and the maturity to know how to respectfully and seamlessly integrate with existing systems and move enterprise and industry into the future. A great innovator like N3N does not interrupt to disrupt, they bridge the present to the future without interruption. It’s the only way to have fast and sustainable traction.”

“The upcoming IPO will provide the resources to expand our work here in the US” Mr. Nam said, providing insight regarding N3N’s future. “We will not only grow our existing products that support over 300 factories for Samsung, Hyundai-Kia Motors and others, but also plan to explore new partnerships and possibilities. Our partnerships with municipalities serving over 5 million people are revealing the power of AI to save lives which is really exciting. Through continued global partnership and investment we believe together we can make a better tomorrow.”

N3N revolutionized the use of video for industry operations and smart city artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IoT) technology. Today N3N leads the world in innovation by blending data from existing devices, video management systems, sensors and more to gain powerful insights into operations that can be used to optimize utilization resources while reducing costs. N3N’s employees are dedicated to making the best products and leaving communities they serve better than they found them.

Dec 5, 2019

MOUNT ARAFAT, Saudi Arabia — More than 2 million Muslims are gathered at the sacred hill of Mount Arafat in Saudi Arabia for an intense day of worship and reflection on what's considered the climax of the Islamic hajj pilgrimage. Some had tears streaming down their faces as the men, wearing simple white garments, and women raised their hands in worship on the slopes of the rocky hill. Many walked through the pre-dawn darkness early Saturday to the hill where the Prophet Muhammad delivered his final sermon some 1,400 years ago, calling for equality and unity among Muslims. One of...

Saudi changes allow women to travel without male consent

Dec 5, 2019

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Saudi Arabia published new laws early Friday that loosen restrictions on women by allowing any citizen to apply for a passport and travel freely, ending a long-standing guardianship policy that gave men control over women. The changes are a potential game-changer for Saudi women's rights in the kingdom. The legal system has long been criticized because it treated women as minors throughout their adult lives, requiring they have a man's consent to obtain a passport or travel abroad. Often a woman's male guardian is her father or husband, and in some cases a woman's own...

Dec 5, 2019

CAIRO — Egypt has tried to halt the auction of a 3,000-year-old stone sculpture of the famed boy pharaoh Tutankhamun at Christie's in London, while the auction house said its sale was legal. The statue — a brown quartzite head depicting King Tut — is scheduled to be auctioned off in July, and could generate more than $5 million, according to Christie's. The artifact features King Tut's full mouth with slightly drooping lower lips and almond-shaped eyes. For many, King Tut is the ultimate symbol of ancient Egypt's glory. Howard Carter discovered the pharaoh's nearly intact tomb in 1922 in...

Turkey's Erdogan witness in footballer Mesut Ozil's wedding

Dec 5, 2019

ISTANBUL — Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was in the wedding party as Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil tied the knot on Friday. State-run Anadolu news agency said Erdogan and his wife, Emine, were legal witnesses for Ozil, who married model, actress and former Miss Turkey Amine Gulse in Istanbul. Secular Turkish weddings require a witness each for the bride and groom. Ozil, a German player of Turkish descent, quit Germany's soccer team last year after he was criticized for posing for a photograph with Erdogan before the World Cup. In his international retirement announcement, Ozil accused the German football federation,...
